SABOTAGE AT BABINDA SUGAR MILL

Secret files released in the early 1990's revealed that intelligence investigators had uncovered an act of sabotage at Babinda Sugar Mill near Cairns in tropical north Queensland. Large pieces of iron were placed amongst sugar cane waiting to be crushed at the Babinda Sugar Mill.
