Douglas RA-20A-1 Boston, #40-82 of the 3rd Bomb Group based at Charters Towers airfield, Queensland was involved in a taxiing accident at Charters Towers airfield on 24 October 1942.
This aircraft had been assigned to the 3rd Bomb Group on 25 June 1942.
