BOOMERANG LANDING ACCIDENT
AT PELL AIRFIELD, NT
ON 17 MAY 1944

Model CA-13 Boomerang, A46-143 (CAC Constructor's No. 966) of 83 Squadron RAAF, piloted by Mr. Massey, was damaged in a landing accident, at Pell airfield, on 17 May 1944.

The aircraft had been delivered to the RAAF in September 1943. It was converted to components in July 1944.
