Perry House on corner of Elizabeth and Albert Streets in June 2003

Perry House was commandeered by the US Military during WW2 and occupied by a number of US Army units including:-

- US Air Force, Operations Analysis Section

- Chemical Office, Base Section Three

- Headquarters Supply, Headquarters Commandant, GHQ, SWPA

- Transportation Corps, Base Section Three

The Royal Albert Hotel is one of a number of commercial organisations that now occupy the old Perry House building.
